Law was recently changed concerning dependent children. You ca no longer be a dependent at your age. ( I think its 18 or 21?)

Thanks for your reply dear, But as per my information till the age of 25 one can be in an dependent visa(student) unless and untill you have some proof (Bonafide letter from university) that you are taking higher education in university from native place and it 
must be attested from embassies. ..... im pretty sure of it

No, that transfer back rule is for wives only, not applicable to sons/daughters
