Hello everyone, I've just arrived to this most peculiar city (Dubai), and I will be investing some time in healthy social networking, so that I do not end up working insane hours, I'll also also be taking on the challenge of fluency in Arabic, let's see how that goes... so if you have any tips they will be most welcome.

Hi Antonio S,

If you want to improve your fluency in Arabic, I suggest you to post an advert in the section language classes in Dubai which might be very useful.

Are you in Dubai for work? Your family is with you?

Hi Hasnaa, will do, no I am here alone for the time been, we have formed an offshore company which will require 70% of my time in the Dubai-ME area, and it is a strategic necessity to improve my Arabic to a level where I am not left out in business as well as social interactions, but I also have a personal interest in the Arabic culture & history, an incentive + to learn the language...

Any suggestions, references will be most welcomed.
