Birth Certificate attest by MOFA

Hi,

Is it necessary to get the Birth certificate attested from MOFA
and is MOFA attest the English translated copy of the birth certificate as well?

Birth certificate is necessary to be attested from MOFA, see back side of BC, there is a provision for that attestation.
Go the MOFA, they will attest the certificate in SR 30.00.
Translate it in English and again attest that English translation from respective consulate.

That English translation can also be translated by MOFA, You go to any translator for the translation and then go to MOFA with original and translated copy and they will attest both of them at same time.

BC in KSA is always in arabic, no need to go to MOFA for translation, they are just for attestation. Translation can be carried out in respective consulates, there u will find some agent taking 30-40 riyals then this english certificate will be attested from respective consulates either India, Pakistan, BD or any.
