Hi. My brother is 12th pass in India. One of agent named Trilok overseas pvt ltd, Ahmedabad , offered a guaranteed job (maintenance) to Toronto, canada to my brother by asking 1 lac in advance to get LMO, 1 lac after visa and other 3 lac from salary from canada. Total is 5 lac.The agent told that the salary will be fortnightly paid in cash. Salary will be $2500 Canadian  per month. Only free accomodation will provide. No medical and insurance will provide. The agent also said if visa reject he will pay back 90000 inr out of 1 lac. Can Anybody advise this agent is true or fake. Can I apply by this agent or not. Plz help me to finalise the decision.

Speaking Truly , you shall only go for such process if 5 lack is just a tiny sum for your family. I think its a big sum of money and for most of the people making 5 lakh is like earnings & savings of 2-4 years all summed up together.

Instead of that you shall make your brother prepare for spoken English & French lessons at best institute in Ahmedabad or shall go for Delhi or Bangalore.Meanwhile make him take some good bachelors course for which relevant skilled persons are in demand at Canada currently. Let him learn English and French very well till 1-2 years. Then make him appear for IELTS or other language testing exams and on the basis of his qualification and( IELTS exam result+knowledge of French language) he will legally get visas for the country easily. Take a admission in good college and take up that course which is in demand at Canada. (You shall research for these things from internet, embassy website , some blogs and maybe some friends all visa consultancy service provided & immigration specialists at your city). Once he goes for study there he can work part-time to pay his expenses and fees.Once he is done with his course, he will surely get a good job, as that course shall be relevant to professions which are in demand at Canada. He can later apply for Permanent Residency or Citizenship once he completes there certain amount of time there. I think this process will not cost you even half of what you are thinking of.

Thanks Maulik for advice. You are right. This is not a tiny amount and also agree with future study. But my brother cannot capable to study further. That's a reason he found easy thing by which an agent offered guaranteed work in canada as LMO. So my question is this easy thing will work or not? Can I trust on this agent or not?

LMO stands for "Labour Market Opinion": It means you have some special job skill which is in short supply in Canada. So unless it is the maintenance of something in a power plant or mining equipment or similar, then no, this is a lie. You can't get an LMO to do regular plumbing, cleaning, or washing dishes.

Let me try to put that in smaller words:
Do you have a special job? Can you do something not many other people can do? Is it something not enough people can do in Canada? If no, you do not get an LMO. You do not get an LMO to wash dishes. You do not get an LMO to sweep the floor. You do not get an LMO to take out the trash. You do not get an LMO to do something anyone could learn quickly.

Also the LMO process is practically free for the applicant, you pay something like a $100 to the immigration officer at the border. If someone tells you otherwise, they are ripping you off.

If it were legal (which it obviously is not), you'd have the option to be paid by bank deposit, you'd have to pay taxes, and the provincial health insurance would kick in after 3 months. Private health insurance for a single young adult is around $400 for the three months, someone charging you a small fortune should have no problem throwing that in.
