How easy is it to leave a company and work for another one as an expat? would you have to come back to your home country and go through the whole visa process again?

If you find a job in other company and your current company agrees to give you transfer letter, then its very easy process. If your current company dosent agree, then you have to get the final exit and enter will new visa. I hope you got it. Good luck...

yeah its easy...i got NOC in november from my old job and then came back to KSA with new company in January...apparently the NOC isn't required anymore...
