Denmark migration

I'm Sri Lankan Architect, Planing to come Denmark. Also proceeded Green card application with Sri Lankan migration consultant.
Application rejected and visa fee refunded in last October with the reason of lack in biometric data. But documents not rejected.
After that consultant asked that he has put an appeal for that and processing according to that. But I did not get any updates up to now. any way my consultant taking time when I asked about updates.
Also I'm not sure he is correctly guiding me. I need a help to clarify that I'm in a correct path.Thanks.
