You don't need to bring your educational certificate. Bring the print out of your visa approval letter with you, your employer can email this to you. This is not necessarily required but it's nice to have. Bring plenty of passport photos with you. You'll need them here. You can get a pre-pay SIM card on your passport or post-pay when you get your CPR.

I would bring your education certificates. A friend of mine wanted to change jobs and the process was severely delayed because he couldn't get his certificates quickly. If you have them to hand then bring them, they aren't exactly heavy.

I lost the chance of a job here because I didn't have my certs - you may want to change your job later on so best to be prepared.

Also scan them into your pc and email yourself a copy to keep safe as a back-up

Bring your job contract copy with you too if you have it, it will speed up customs clearance

Yes you can come here without the stamp. Your passport number will be on the system and you will get the stamp when you arrive.

You should, of course, carry some documentation proving you will get a visa in Bahrain. Otherwise, you may have issues boarding the flight in India. There is something called the "No Objection Certificate" which you should carry with you. Make sure your potential employer sends this to you.
