you are welcome to Viet nam, Hanoi is a real charm and a good place to wander and having fun, Hoan kiem lake area have been my favorite place, Old quarter is something crazy but lovely, there are many things to do to make your stay in hanoi more enjoyable, i recommend you this link ( vietnameseprivatetours.com/hanoi-tourist-sights )

oh I forget that Vietnamese guys like drinking beer while watching a football match on TV together, and they have breakfast with beer n nuts xD

I found out that the Tea with lemon is popular too. especially Lipton tea? Near the Catholic church you can find lots of people on the stools drinking ice tea.
