Western Compound!!! 
We are working with a company that takes care of all the paperwork/travel/customs/etc for getting dogs into the Kingdom. They have successfully gotten hundreds into KSA. No, it won't be easy, it's expensive and complicated. As for dog food, we also realize it's not like it is in the states. We have contingency plans for that as well.
