help finding work in dublin?

i have already bought my plane ticket, but dont want to get my visa until i find a job...did anyone have any luck finding work outside of the normal job websites? any recommendations? i am interested in community work/non-profit sector, but am really open to ANYTHING!

Honestly, im looking for someone you can just sponsor to visit your country. I really want to go there and see. Working is a very good deal but visit will do as well.
