please tell me abut my selection in euskal telecome

Before 5 days i got a mail.ie my cv is selected for the post of marketing manager in euskal telecom mascow russia.with the 2 attachments appointment contract papper and online interview papper. I filled and accept both pappers and reply.after that they provided me a e mail with some instruction like send the appontment contact papper and requst for visa .i followed the instruction.
Today i got a mail in which the deemanded 950$ as visa processing and issue charge this money they want by western union ,and there is an attachment ie visa apply application form.
Plz help me to know whether it is legal proccess or its froud. Plz please please please help me.............jafar_siddique786@yahoo.co.in
