Looking for Mandarin Chinese speaker (mainland ascent)

Can anyone speak and sing or have children at the age of 8 to 13 can speak and sing in Mandarin (mainland ascent) and English ? The voice must be around 8 years old to 13 years old.
It's can either be your children or you (if you can pretend the voice).
It's a payable temporary job.
