My dear friends,

Just now joined this forum, By God, this forum this is very helpful to all expatriates, now matter how long one has stayed here in saudi arabia, but no one fully aware of rules here, especially rules of MOI & MOL, through this forum most of our queries gets answered by expert members. I salute the contributing members fort their help.

With regard to the topic of this post ' previous sponsor ' can a previous sponsor trouble his ex-employee even after the employee is no more under his sponsorship...???

Does the law gives rights to the employer to do this...???

Is there any time limit for the previous sponsor for this(to file a case or blacklist him) or an employee is under constant threat from his ex-employer....???
