Advice needed for the job offer

Hii everyone,I accepted a job offer in al khobar. The company is al rasheed steel industry.My queries are:
1)Placed as Asst production enggineer with a salary of 4600 sar plus accomodation plus transportation plus medical care,is this good enough?
2)is the al rasheed steel company good?
3)what should i accept more with the company?
Kindly suggest me about the offer

First of all welcome in Khobar 
According to your inquires it depends my friend on what your are gaining in your home country and what you will gain here in Saudi Arabia,
About the Company for sure it well-known company and it has trustful system however I had a friend who just resigned from AL-RASHED construction due to salary increasing problem after 3 years of work, I don't know if it is also problem in your company .
At the end my advice is to calculate it from your point of view, and make your decision
