I would think that the best resource would be the http://www.expats.cz web site. There are forum boards for people that offer/ look for jobs. They have a lot of advertisers and a directory for everything related to living and working in the Czech Republic. They also publish a free "Survival Guide" which can be picked up in different locations or downloaded from their web site here.
One word of warning, the forums over there can be a bit rough, nothing for the faint hearted ;-) If anybody else here knows of good "Czech Republic Expat Web Resources" I would be interested in them also! SY
