Moving over very soon - need all the advice that I can get!

Hi everybody!

I am set to move over in about a months time, I currently work as a night club manager in Newcastle and I've had enough of the city. My friend currently lives in Gibraltar and has done for a few years and is willing to let me live with him until I get myself sorted. I am just after any helpful tips or possible networking opportunities to help me get on my feet as quickly as possible.
