Moving to Bahrain- Documents Needed

Hi guys,

Need a few clarifications. I've got my work visa approval today after a month and 1/2 wait , and the employer ask me to be in Bahrain in 10 days. My questions are:
1. Im coming from Philippines, do I need an PDOS (Pre-departure Orientation Seminar) and OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate)?
2. To confirm that I need to have my passport stamped at the Embassy of Bahrain here in the Philippines, right?

Help!
