They sell some decent Italian marscapone and ok smoked salmon at a couple of the shops here.    Haven't found a good bagel yet.  I noticed there aren't many Jews around, so you're probably not going to find good bagels.

There are a few Ethiopian Jews around, unfortunately they are not well known for their culinary skills....

Ethiopian food is pretty good, but I don't think injera will substitute well for bagels.

Have a friend who was going to import baked / semi baked stuff, like pretzels, bagels, cookies, muffins...etc

Not sure if he went ahead with the project, I guess his problem was always about demand.

no bagels that I've found, but I do make toast, cream cheeze, capers, red onion, and smoked salmon on weekends for a treat.
