Hi EB members, i need your help, i would like to have some reliable info regarding this;....my manager told me that the four days holiday of Eid is only applicable to private offices, but in construction/contracting business, it is only two days. How true is this? Is anyone here has a copy of Saudi Labor Law ruling about this providion? Please shed some light. Tnx...

It depends on the nature of the work you are doing, as a contractor I can not continue working in the project since the consultant in his vacation so I sticked to his calendar and give my workers 4 days Eid vacation, but in general I think the vacation should start from tomorrow 27th July to 1st August.

Regards,

Ahmed
