Have you seen the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools posting? It's pretty much the only game in town.

NIS schools are actively recruiting (http://www.teachanywhere.com/nis/ ) , but also QSI schools (http://www.qsi.org/employment/ and Miras International School Almaty might also have job opportunities.
