To be honest the quality of lap tops these days is quite low and they only last about 3 years (and have some issues like keyboard breakage etc. on the way).

There are some very cheap tablets with large format screens out there and access to cloud storage if needed. So suggest you look at a piece of equipment that really will function for more than a few months because if it is any good a person would be asking for more than RM300.

Guess the problem will be that if you want Microsoft Office (Word) installed, that costs at least RM350 and an annual fee on top. It all depends on what you want to use the lap top to do?
