Seeking English Speaking OB Doctor

I am searching for an OB Doctor fluent in English to assist me through my first pregnancy. I speak Spanish, but would feel more comfortable speaking English for health issues.

We live in Chimaltenango, so Antigua/Guatemala City are close enough for me. Any recommendations?
