You have one of two ways: either get yourself a job here or visit Bahrain on a visit visa.

If you get a job, you will get usual work visa which is valid for 2 years.

Visit visas are available on arrival for certain nationalities. All others have to get a visit visa before travelling to Bahrain.

The other option is to get married, in which case your partner will be able to get you here on a family visa.
