So I am new in the city and I was wondering if there are some photography clubs in Budapest?

As to be more specific, a group of people that gather to make photos...

You should join Facebook and then search for the Budapest groups. I don't know of any photography groups, but i do know there have been a number of people offering photography lessons. Chances are there are some who would like to band together.

Might try a search in Hungarian for:

Budapest Fotóklub

You should get some results. Then you can contact them if they can include non-Hungarian speakers.

And you may also consider looking over the blogs here (as many of the bloggers registered here do not spend much, if any, time in the forums), and contact the blog authors directly. Here is one that you may consider:
