Is this salary is fare enough?

Gentlemen may i ask something i know it was not new but let me give a try. I was working here in Saudi Arabia but I just got an offer to work in Libya. This Germay Company was recently sent me an offer tru e-mail. We are prepared to offer you a good local salary at the local going rate of 1,600.- Libyan Dinars to start the ball rolling. Cost of living and Accomodation is not very expensive in Tripoli. We will support you in finding something close-by, the costs for a 1-2 bedroom flat will be about 400 LYD per month. I'm a Electromechanical Technician with 14 years of working experience,is this offer is fare enough for a Technical people like me? how much will be the Tax for this salary

What are the allowances and benefits? Are they going to pay your taxes ? Flights home for you & family? Healthcare for you and family? School fees? Housing & utilities ?
I know some NOC people live in Regatta camp and some live in the Janzour Tourist village, neither of which are places I'd like to stay, but it's an individual choice and if you want 'semi posh' then these aren't for you either
