If you are not in too much of a rush for it, Amazon.co.uk. However, if you want to try local then there's Top Choice in Zabbar (http://topchoice.com.mt/household-appli … m-cleaners) or The Atrium, (http://www.theatrium.com.mt/search-site-results).

If you don't mind buying a 2nd hand one, you can also try MaltaPark.com as you might find some good deals over there.

Chardor

If you have a car there is Homemate, in Mrihel, or Crosscraft by Qormi or depending on how much you want to spend try The atrium also in Mriehel .

Sometimes Lidl has a promotion, usually Dirt Devil bagless model at a fairly good price.
I wouldn't recommend second-hand, as already when new, they don't last that long any more.
Forestals has quality brands but it does not come cheap. Crosscraft is well stocked, Top Choice in Zabbar gives good advice, usually (they have another store, too).

The Vacmaster ( the-vacmaster.ca/ ) is my choice. I bought a canister vacuum pump from Vacmaster 10 years back. Awesome service, good quality. I have been using it for more than 10 years now. Its perfect. Good suction power and special filters. It's too good!
