Hi all, I'm looking for Vietnamese recipes to do cook at home.
But easy and doable ones.
The idea is to continue filling-up my combo page on 2happy2shop.com
The idea is to propose a list of ingredients needed for each recipe.
2 Happy 2 Shop then delivers the ingredients ordered.
I plan to include the recipe instructions on our website as well.
If anyone has any good ideas, please tell us.

You will find a range of S-Cook premixed Vietnamese dishes - makes to very easy - no guessing how big a 'pinch' of this or that. They use real natural flavours, unlike Nestles, Knorr, etc.

At your local supermarket.

Fresh spring rolls, very easy, healthy and yummy. There are so many versions though, so you can Google and find many different versions.

My personal favorite is the standard pork belly, shrimp, mint, basil, lettuce, vermicelli, rice paper dipped in hoison-peanut sauce and sriracha.

And remember, if you replace meat and shrimps with salad and greens you can have a vegetarian rolls. You can fry it like usual (non-veg) or just dip it and eat it raw.

The rice paper on that case should be softer than normal.
