hi
i have options to study masters in the UK, in these cities:
- Kent(Canterbury)
- Edinburgh (Merchiston)
- Brighton (Moulsecoomb)
- Paisley
- Bournemouth (Talbot)
-* Dublin. not in UK, but i did not receive an acceptance from them yet .

which do you recommend, in terms of : safety, quality of living, good weather(not windy). also a tolerant community (i'm Arab , male) it does not matter if there is a muslim community or not. just not a lot of hostilities towards Arabs is perfect.

Your priority should be about going to the highest ranked University you can. Rather than "best" city. England is generally safe & tolerant. It's not known for good weather. There are Muslims living all over the country, so I'm sure you won't feel the only one.

brighton is extremely windy since it's so close to the sea
