dear blueberry22,

as per my understanding your husbands new employer will have to apply for the dependent visa again and the old employer will cancel the visa from their end. I think there is a grace period upto which a family can stay when changing visa's, it has to be done within the grace period. If someone has more information regarding the same i am sure they will reply back!

good luck!
