I would think that your answer is right here: https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=397533

Not really, they dont specify Guinea pigs. Ive contacted several airlines and the answer was no. I even tried FedEx and USPS, no luck. I'm getting desperate.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I spent weeks researching this... We just left our guinea pig in VA :( I couldnt find any way to get him here. Please let me know if you find out something!

try Delta. They were the only airline left that wold let us transport a bird in a carrier under the seat. All the airlines have gone to either a dog or cat or no animals periood policy.

Delta said no to me :(

Have you spoken to your vet?  They may be able to help you.

United said yes!!!! I'm so exited!!! It's $125
Thank you Gary!!!!

Congratulations. As an animal lover I know how relieved you feel.Call the USDA in the stae you are going to and find out the health requirements to bring your pet there. A general health certificate from the Vet will usually do.
