i appreciated your  questions.
in fact i have a lot experience in my life time
i have been working  in   refinery, steel complex , power plant , paper and wood industry and tube mill .
my main purpose of going there is  not only to find a job
but also  enjoy of being close  to a natural place  in a great country like Tanzania .
frankly i love nature too much

The best I could advise you, is go there as a visiting trip first, get to know the place, find a job and a rental, get all your paperworks done, then come back again with a clear mind and nothing bad will surprise you.
