russian wants to move to india to work - how to proceed?

Hi
my girlfriend is a russian and currently staying in russia itself and wants to move to india to work
any recommendations how the process works here in india because she does not speak english well and she is currently working for a charity raising for orphans if anyone knows how does it work to come and work in india pls help))

Hi,

Glad to help you. she needs to do FRO registration with form 'C'. but for any social work or business she has to do shop-act license formalities but i am not sure with this.
