Hi All,

Currently on exchange in Malta as a student nurse. I finish my exchange officially on May 1st, but want to stay until August 30th and work through that period.

For a student, I have a very broad range of work experiences, so I was wondering what is the best paying summer job to get in Malta?

I know it wont be nearly as much as Ireland/UK, but would like to stay and earn as much as possible. I'll also be applying asap.

Thanks!

I think the lack of responses indicates that basically no one seems to be able to answer your question.
I cannot for two reasons,
1) I don't work, I'm retired
2) This is an impossible question to answer.
Why?
Because the only work I would imagine you could get is going to be casual service industry/entertainment work and you are only looking at basically casual work as you are only looking to work for 4 months.
What employer in any other industry will sign you up for that short period knowing that?
You will also be competing with a lot of others.
The type of work that I imagine you would have a chance of getting is going to be low paid and most likely below minimum wage.
Is there not a possibility of using your nursing skills for those few months?
I would imagine that would be the best chance of earning any real money.
Good luck.
