Thinking about moving to Coronado, Panama this summer

Hi, I'm new to the Panama forum and would appreciate any helpful info and tips on my plan. My family and I currently live in Houston, TX. We've made a couple of trips down to Coronado this month to check out the schools, neighborhoods and shopping centers. If we go through with this plain we will rent first. Our next big hurdle is getting a car. we really need two but not sure what the process involves. What business transactions should we consult an attorney before preceding? I'm sure there are many more questions I should have but just haven't thought of them yet. So as I said any helpful information would be appreciated.

This Forum has a box labeled Forum Categories. It is to the right on this page. There is a category for cars and transportation that has past posts on car rental, car buying, and transportation. It might help a little. I live in PC so I do not need a car.
