Hi, my name is Tracey and I live in Houston, Texas with my husband and our 11 year old daughter. We are currently investing the possibility of moving to Panama. For now we're concentrating our search in the Coronado area. We made a couple of trips down to Coronado this month to get an idea of the schools, neighborhoods and rental possibilities. So far so good! I'll do my best to look for treads of information so that I'm not asking the same questions that you've answered over and over :-) I've already received some great info and I've been pointed in the right direction a couple of times too. The Expat.com is a great resource!

I am very excited about this purchase. Punta Chame is 15 minutes from Coronado. I have read that this is the new "hotspot" for real estate and other new developments will be starting. The new airport close to Playa Blanca will also help.
