Can i take money by giving check to bank after getting final exit papr

MY Kafeel / Company wants to make final exit for me and

My Kafeel / Company has a Bank Cheque in favor of my name as my end service benefits ,

so my question is that, after getting final exit paper from kafeel,

Can i go to bank with this Cheque to take my cash on my Passport?

Sorry - won't be sending you a mail on the ID....but i think - you needed a company letter addressed to the bank to do that (with a copy of your former iqama)...you company should know these procedures!
I had a friend who had some problems with regards to this either, because bank employees played hard-to-get (ladies branch)...but have not problems at all when going thru regular bank! (talking about women power!)
