As for the Orange kind of wear, you could see with a tailor to sew some for you.

Good luck with that!!! You're probably going to have to check local laws as well since in many countries possession of any kind of police paraphernalia may even be prohibited by law or constitute impersonation of a police officer.

If you're planning on making some kind of movie, especially outdoors, you should also contact local police and advise them exactly what, where and when you will be doing so, seek their permission in order to avoid any unpleasant and potentially harmful results.
