how to register & establish NGO?

I'm Tanzanian from Arusha.I would like to establish NGO'S based on establish school fot help children from poor family, street children and orphans.
I'm here for asking help on how to register and all requirement.

Why don't you visit a lawyer in Arusha? You'll need them anyhow when you want to establish a foundation.
If you want, you can contact me. My business partner in Arusha has a free school for underserved children in Arusha as well.
