You can contact the team about this issue. Scroll down to the page and then you see a button "contact us". Click on it and report your issue.

Check the web browser settings you are using , are you using IE or chrome, try to use vice versa !!

The sytem is working perfectly, are you sure you're following the right steps?

1. Click on the profile icon down arrow (located in green banner at the top of the page)
2. Click on "Edit Details"
3. Click on "Avatar" in the list appearing on the left side of the page.
4. Click the green "Select a picture" button at the top of the page to search your computer for the image you want OR select one of the generic avatars at the bottom
5. Click on the green "Validate" button
6. Click on the green "Change avatar" button

If you follow those steps exactly then you should have no problems. If you still have a problem then try a different web browser.
