How to move to work in Astana?

Hi again, my name Thaer. 30 years old,  work know in Saudi Arabia civil engineer, I speak Arabic which is my mother language also I speak English very well and little Russian.
My dream to work in astana in oil and gas company.  Can any one give me information for moving to Kazakhstan (astana)?!
