Does anyone know the legal requirements to start a school in Cambodia?

we are not sure just yet. Most likely an english school somewhere but we are still looking at different areas. Do you recommend anywhere?

My best advise would be to contact the Ministry of Education of Cambodia on this matter.

Hm it seems meeting difficulty to invest on such thing as Phnom Penh has a lot of English private schools.

Don't you want to set up any other business in Sihanouk Ville?
