You can get it by subscription & I think you need a set top "box". Just google the channel for info.

A business classification here is a very broad description so it wouldn't be a problem.   I've seen other subscription services as well for around $20 month, but special sports programmes are extra.

It's streamed. They have a strange way of arranging payment but it's only $7 a month for English channels, including Setanta and numerous others. I picked it up in China and can't see any reason why it wouldn't be available in Vietnam.

Try the cloudtv site, I am not currently in Vietnam. I used a box in China and got buffering at times but for $7 a month it was tolerable. There should be no reason why this streaming should not be done through a computer. Don't know the ins and outs, just that this appeared to be a good deal for someone who's interested in Rugby Union, Premier League, Aussie Rules, Cricket and movies.
