This new rule by the Inland revenue could be beneficial to all expats

Spotted this in one of the freebie papers and it may be very very useful not to mention beneficial to expats..... looks like the Cyprus Government have introduced a new term - a status of Non Domiciled - this could be advantageous to expats especially those impacted on by the special defence tax on worldwide investment income interest, rental income and dividends....
