Hello everyone, would someone be able to give me a little Insite on how to renew a rego on a car purchased while in Costa Rica. Are non residents able to renew rego?

Do you mean transferring ownership after purchasing from another individual?
If so, this requires that you use a lawyer who will check for liens, unpaid tickets. etc., transfer the vehicle into your name in the National registry and pay the transfer tax on your behalf.

As a tourist, you realize that you have to continue to leave the country to renew both visa and to keep your driving license legal, within the time specified on your passport.
