Is there in Sao Paulo a zone like Condesa (Mexico)?

Hi!
Do you know if there is a zone in Sao Paulo like Condesa (Mexico City)?.... meaning a zone wher you can live near restaurants, parks, and that you may safely take a walk with your dog.

I'm not familiar with Mexico City, but Moema, Itaim Bibi, Jardim Paulista, Vila Mariana and all of the neighborhoods around Ibirapuera Park would be great.  The park is spectacular for dogs and just being in green.
