Hi.. am new here.. looking forward to stay in Phu Quoc for good, with my local wife, parent & sister with a kid, I'm in Offshore Supplies, hope to get some advise for below: Pls advise in bracket beside ques:

1. Good location for reside to raise a family? (Ans)
2. How is monthly expenses there and what are them?( Ans)
3. Suitable for my kind of industry? (Ans)
4. How much it cost to buy a house? (Ans)
5. How much it cost to buy a car? (Ans)
6. Visa type require or available for expat, before marriage? (Ans)
7. Average meal cost? (Ans)
8. Internet access? (Ans)
9. Safety? (Ans)
10. Medical? (Ans)
11. Rental? (Ans)
12. Public transport? (Ans)
13. Good location to raise a family? (Ans)
14. How's the culture & mentality of people in Vietnam? (Ans)
15. What is the pro & con having a Vietnamese wife as a long term partner? (Ans)
16. International School for expat? (Ans)
