Well I have learned the hard way that one.  Cannot have cake and eat it too.  It is the most painful experience that one does not forget, and can only beg for forgiveness.

Before I get into the next one, please note that the confession I'm gonna make and the first one I made were during my childhood days when I didn't know 'anything'.  Its more like ur craze for a candy:)

So the next confession:

I was 9 at that time.  My dad's friend came over for a visit with his family (his daughter and his wife) from a different city and were staying at my house.  They know me.  His daughter should be around 17 at that time.  So, one afternoon, I went to my room (it was one level up) and saw his daughter resting on my bed on her back.  As a 'curious' kid, I placed my hand where I shouldn't and she woke up.  I was caught red handed!  I blinked and asked her what's the time and then I answered myself saying the time to her.  I was sh*t scared!  She took me to the terrace and gave me a loooooooooooooong talk saying what I did was inappropriate and what will happen if my Dad knows it.  Thankfully she left it at that.

Weirdly, she became more close & cosy with me after that!  I don't know how it works but yeah.

Thats one heck of a way to tell time? Must try it sometime. Does it chime too?

Ok! i have one more to make, it will probably make more sense to smokers.

I am a regular smoker and have been doing it for quite a long time now but since the last 9 years, I never bought a lighter. bought only 2 but they count as nothing

so.. only 2 lighters means you always pick up everybody else's lighter off the table and pocket them, right?

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Maybe he is on the road often and uses the car lighter instead?

Or he is always surrounded by smokers that he doesn't have to bother buying one :unsure

Alliecat

I don't think so.  I was a smoker for many years and would return home with a pocket full of bic lighters whenever I'd go out :lol:

slyshooter

Actually my car lighter doesn't work and was the only reason I had to buy.

But mostly I am surrounded by people like you :) who tend to loose lighters, in my car, at my desk, office, home etc. sometimes in my pocket too.:D
