Thanks everyone.. all the people who were saying it will be rejected before Haj season they were right, I still tried and it says try again after Haj season.. 
I applied again yesterday lets see what happens.
I heared there is an additional fees of 1000 riyals need to be payed for the Visa after it is approved!
between chamber fees is 30sr now.
