visa overrun

im not sure but the issue date is the starting date,,
try to extend your visa as soon as possible to save yourself from the trouble

This is a real mystery as rules keep changing each time. I used to be on a multiple business visa myself. I counted my 30 days from the date of issue and not entry. You can star for n number of days which should be mentioned on your visa. For some cases its 15. Normally duration of stay is 30 days.
