Anyone can shed some light to if mother company moved to a new address; do we have to change address on the Vietnam business license? If so; what documents do we need to make this change?

Thanks so much in advance.

Yes, you need to change address to comply with Vietnam laws.  You will need to provide Request for change (as per form provided by dept of planning and investment), copy of legal document of the company.  However, it is suggested to  consult with local lawyers in Vietnam as it is more efficient and cost effective than doing yourself.  Cheers, Jenny

Yes, you will need to change the address on the VN business license.

It's a two-part process:

A.    Application for issuance of the Business Registration Certificate; and
B.    Application for Amended Investment Certificate

For each part you will need to provide an application; company's charter; a decision of the company; report on implementation ... other documents required by the competent authority etc.
